Jun Park is the Vice President of Asian Marketing for PR Properties Group. Jun majored in Business Administration and Education at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. He also majored in Leisure Management at the Hotel Management Graduate School of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His business administration and sport/resort management majors give him a strong knowledge base in management, finance, and accounting and he understands the service and hospitality business. He learned how to open new retail shops, how to analyze the locations, how to manage inventories, and most importantly how to work together with business partners when he was working as a district manager and managed 30 retail stores. Jun started his real estate career in 2002 in Las Vegas. In the first year of his real estate career, he became the best producer and over his career has closed over thirty million dollars in residential transactions. Since he has obtained a business broker permit, he has helped numerous business sellers and buyers. Jun also has experience at Center Bank as a regional marketing director of their Las Vegas loan production office. That experience helped him to better understand commercial and SBA loan programs and processing. He recently has helped to lease Korean Town Plaza’s retail space as an exclusive leasing agent, so he understands landlord’s needs. Jun has been selling REO in bulk and buying properties at auction for his investors and understand how to find the right properties for his investors. And, he is able to find the right properties fit to each owner occupied buyers since he understands various culture and needs of the clients from various ethnic culture. Jun maximizes his human network with Asian investors to bring their funds into the States. This allows him to maintain a good number of transactions even while the US economy is slow since he can market the US properties and businesses to foreign investors and new immigrants. Since joining PR Properties Group, Jun has made the company motto, “Customer First Service”, his own motto for all clients.
