I have a passion for merging strategy with creative. As a copywriter, I strive to create communications that not only engage, but deliver on strategic goals; such as when I created new pay-per-click ad campaigns for FierceMarkets which both generated an average 30% greater click-thru rate and gained more subscribers to drive their business model. Additionally, I take the learnings from my love and practice of poetry to inspire in all of my writing pursuits a sense of purpose, clarity, and relevance to the reader. As it is with marketing and advertising, in all endeavors it is only by connecting to our intended audience that we can move someone to action. Other things that move me are movies, literature, fitness, travel, music, and, of course, people.
