About:
As a dedicated professional, I began my real estate career in 1976 as an industry student interested in distressed property sales including; Foreclosures, Trustee Sale Auctions, Property Tax Default Auctions and Real Estate Owned properties (REO). Since, I have spent 21 years working in the mortgage industry, seven years as the General Manager for TMG Financial Services, Inc., and the rest originating hundreds of residential loans as a Sr. Mortgage Advisor.
During this time, I worked closely with many real estate agents, Realtors and several small to mid-size home builders and their sales and support staff. Additionally, and because I feel continuing education and training is so vital to the service I provide my clients, I studied, trained and became a licensed real estate appraiser completing commercial and residential reports.
To further assist and provide my clients with an even higher level of service, as a broker, in 2005 I created Primacy Real Estate, a full-service real estate sales company. Today I hold no less than three different real estate licenses, not just designations allowing me to share a much broader knowledge base with those that choose to work with me.
Real Estate today is more challenging than ever before, one that requires the real estate professional to stay informed, up-to-date and educated in order to stay in compliance with constant guideline changes, new rules and regulations, all the more important and why I feel uniquely qualified to better serve you.
