There will be a lot of signature signing on that day. Bring a Pen and congratulations! As a Seller Agent: 1. We will sit down and talk about your property. I will give a CMA (Comparative Market Analyst) of the Value of your Property. Usually this process is to price your Property Correctly so it sells and Not Sit in the Market which eventually will lead to a price reduction. I will get it correct for you the First Time. 2.I will help advertise your property to many websites Trulia, Zillow Realtor, MLSLI, RedFin, etc.. and newspapers. I will have Open House and of course have those BIG signs you see on your property to get people walking by your neighborhood.
