I am very focused on each customer, and listen to their needs and wants in regards to the type of property they are looking for, and I take the time to find the perfect fit for their lifestyle and budget. Right now in this market we are focusing alot on SHORT SALES and FORECLOSURES. We have helped numerous sellers in 2008 and leading into 2009 with getting their lenders to approve short sale situations. We are getting ready to close our 7th short sale in February, so we now feel comfortable saying we have become experts in this process.
