Abstract:
A personalized book is to be made with the participation of an individual, who is the subject of a personalized story in the book. The individual is supplied with a book cover , sheets through , facilities for securing the sheets within the book cover, instructions for making the personalized book through an interactive interface with a facility at an Internet website location, a website address, and a unique access code . Through use of a computer at a remote location geographically spaced from the website location, the individual accesses the website facility, and provides personal data in response to a questionnaire. The personal data is merged, at the website location, with impersonal data previously stored at the website facility to complete the story.
