Skills:
I created an supervised educational small group exercise class with the goal of intervening with the aging process and the intent to minimize the effects of degenerative spine conditions and osteoporosis
Key aspects of the class is core strength and stability
I mostly specialize with older adults
but will accept clients younger with back injuries
With my therapy education and experience
I can really work the pre and post injured back to the functional life style they want
