System For Automatically Capturing A Fully Loaded Refuse Container, And Without Any Spillage, Empty The Contents Of The Refuse Container Into A Refuse Collection Vehicle
A mechanism or apparatus mounted on a refuse collection vehicle that is capable of reaching out from that vehicle and grasping a full refuse container, lifting the container vertically off the ground and transporting said container to the side of the refuse collection vehicle, rotating and inverting the container over the center of the refuse collection vehicle's collection hopper and empting the contents of the container into the collection hopper and returning the empty refuse container to the original location, all without spilling any of the contents of the refuse container anywhere other than in the collection hopper.
Side-Loading Robotic Arm For Front-End Loading Vehicles
A side-loading robotic arm for use with front-end loaders. The robotic arm is configured for disposition forward of a liftable container. The robotic arm includes a tip arm that is pivotable between a stowed position and an operational position. The stowed position stores the tip arm and gripper arms inside a vertical plane of the lifting forks of the front-end loader. Preferably, the tip arm and gripper arms are disposed in a cut-out recess on a sidewall of the liftable container. The operational position extends the tip arm and gripper arms outside of the vertical plane of the major lifting arms of the front-end loader.
Side-Loading Robotic Arm For Front-End Loading Vehicles
A side-loading robotic arm for use with front-end loaders. The robotic arm is configured to separately and independently attach to the forks of the front-end loader, relative to a liftable container. With this configuration, the robotic arm is useable with any type of liftable container that might be useable with the front-end loader. The robotic arm includes a tip arm that is pivotable between a stowed position and an operational position. The stowed position stores the tip arm and gripper arms inside a vertical plane of the lifting forks of the front-end loader. The operational position extends the tip arm and gripper arms outside of the vertical plane of the major lifting arms of the front-end loader.
Refuse Collection Truck Having A Low Profile Loader
A side loading refuse collection truck has a collection bin storing refuse placed in the refuse collection truck. A tailgate is coupled to the collection bin. A collection hopper is coupled to the collection bin, wherein the collection hopper is recessed within a body of the refuse collection truck. A side loader coupled to the collection hopper, wherein a distal end of the side loader when the collection hopper is in a stowed positon lies within a body outline of a perimeter of a body of the refuse collection truck.
